1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from OUTFITS.STUDIO (outfitsstudio.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion, please discontinue using the service.

2. Authentic Export Surplus Guarantee

All garments cataloged in our archive are authentic factory surplus, cancellations, and overstock originally manufactured for global fashion brands (e.g., Zara, Jack & Jones, Pull&Bear). We guarantee intact mill labels and brand care tags. We strictly reject imitation blanks, counterfeits, and replica goods.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Doorstep Inspection

We offer 100% Cash on Delivery nationwide across Pakistan. Customers are permitted to inspect parcel contents before handing cash payment to the courier rider. Orders confirmed via SMS or phone dispatch will be booked via our courier partners (Trax, TCS, Leopards).

4. Order Cancellation Rights

Customers retain the right to cancel any placed order directly via their My Orders dashboard while the order status remains UNFULFILLED or CONFIRMED. Once an order is marked DISPATCHED and booked with the courier, cancellation is locked.

5. Sizing & Stock Availability

Due to the finite nature of European factory cancellation lots, drop stock is limited. Placing an item in the cart does not reserve inventory until checkout submission. If a size is sold out, no identical restocks are guaranteed.
