7-Day Size Exchange & Return Policy

1. 7-Day Exchange Window

Drape not quite what you expected? If your hoodie, tracksuit, or cargo trousers do not fit perfectly, you have 7 days from the date of doorstep delivery to initiate a size or item exchange.

2. How to Request an Exchange

1. Message our WhatsApp concierge desk with your Order ID (e.g. ORD-202610-10842).
2. Indicate your desired replacement size or alternative silhouette.
3. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup or doorstep exchange courier swap.

3. Condition Requirements

To qualify for an exchange:

• Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Original brand labels, mill provenance tags, and care stickers must remain intact.
• Items damaged through improper laundering or customer wear cannot be accepted.
